Well Here Goes

Well I have finally decided to do something about my weight before it gets to the point of no return. So here is my plan I'm not going to diet or drastically reduce my food intake I'm going to completely overhaul my lifestyle. At present I eat far to much crap Drink far to much alcohol and snack far to often and this has gone hand in hand with my reluctance to exercise and has resulted in a 27 year old 6ft 4 22.5 stone behemoth.

Well it STOPS now..

From this day forward I'm going to make changes and in the next week I'm going to research and devise a massive lifestyle change. All this will begin on Thursday 12th August 2011. I prefer to pick a start date so that I can prepare my body and Mind for the massive shock that its going to get and start making subtle changes in that week (like increasing my water consumption and reducing the crap I eat).

I will post my diet plans and workout plans as I finalise them and I will then Blog every stage of my journey as well as post a few pics to show my progress.
